Rossan Knitwear are manufacturers of a wide range of hand loomed
knitwear in both modern and traditional Irish designs, reflecting
the wonderful Donegal landscape of North West Ireland. We have
an extensive range of traditional Aran irish knitwear, fishermens
jumpers, cardigans, jerseys, and designer ladieswear. Our aim
has been to design homespun knitted traditional and fashion
garments using the subtle, soft shades of the Donegal region.
We have gone from fleece to fashion, inspired by the natural
beauty around us.
The designer of the Rossan Knitwear collection has developed
a wide range of high quality hand knits, knitwear garments
for the Irish home and export markets. Our designs incorporate
traditional donegal handknit sweaters and as well as fashion
knits. Our collection of traditional
irish - aran, cable knitwear has developed from a long history
of knitting and weaving in the Glencolmcille, Donegal region.

Rossan Knitwear was established by the McNelis Family in
1984. The business itself is situtated in the beautiful
Malinmore Valley, Glencolmcille, County Donegal. Find out

viewed at our factory shops in Malinmore and Cashel, Glencolmcille.
We also stock a wide range of local crafts, irish giftware,
Donegal Parian China, the Weave of the Irish collection, and
childrens' knitwear.
Enjoy a warm welcome on a visit to our factory shop located
